All changes in the assembly, integration of updates, registry tweaks, adding material were made using standard Windows AIK, DISM tools. Applications are installed by the post-install method by the internal OS installer.

All installed programs can be easily removed after installation by standard means if they are not needed.

Notes:

1. The assembly is primarily intended for installing the system from a recorded DVD disc, but it is also possible to install from a usb flash drive, so the additional pre-boot menu will disappear. Before installing the system, find out which structure you have a hard drive, GPT or MBR. The installation method depends on it.

2. In connection with the integration of programs and updates, the OS installation lasts quite a long time (45-60 minutes), but in any case is faster than installing updates via the Internet, so be patient.

3. Assembly performance is guaranteed only when installed on a “clean” one, i.e. when installing from under the computer boots on a clean, formatted partition (disk) from the installation bootable media. Not recommended, but it is possible to install from under the installed system by running the setup.exe file from the sources folder. The assembly can not be installed by updating the previous system.

4. The most reliable and error-free installation takes place from a recorded DVD (on an MBR disc), subject to high-quality recording media and a fully functioning drive.

5. In the 64-bit build, a more modern and fast Win10 installer is used, which supports compression and is fully compatible with Win7 and contains almost all modern drivers for new hardware.

6. In the 32-bit build, the original boot loader is used with the addition of drivers for USB3 and AHCI and the preservation of all functions of the bootloader.

7. Due to the fact that the install file install.wim (in 64 sb.) Is compressed into the install.esd file, you need to use those programs for creating flash drives that support this modern format.

The easiest way on computers with a standard BIOS and MBR disk structure is to use the Windows7-USB-DVD-tool or Rufus software. For computers with UEFI and GPT disks, the Rufus program (present in the iso image) is suitable with the selection of the corresponding parameters and formatting of the flash drive in FAT32, see. Only you are responsible for using other programs to create a bootable flash drive. Read more in the instructions.

8. The assembly integrates those updates that can be integrated into the image. Some updates can only be installed on a real-installed system, so after installing the system, you will have to install several updates manually from Windows Update.

9. The system integrates the plugs of updates that install telemetry in the system: KB3021917, KB3068708, KB3080149, so as not to worry about blocking them later. Also, a driver package for USB3 from simplix, updates and drivers for some NVMe devices (Intel, Samsung, OCZ, Plextor) has been added to the system.

10. Design of the assembly can be easily brought to the original original, if you do not like the installed style, removing the package design from the uninstall panel.

11. Do not remove the installation media until the installation is complete. At the very end of the installation, an error warning is possible, do not pay attention, it just happens that the computer is forced to restart.

12. SDI driver installer with a small set of drivers (USB3, LAN, WLAN, etc.) has been added to the assembly for initial system initialization after installation. After installation, the folder with the program will be on the system disk, and a shortcut to it, on the desktop. After connecting to the Internet, if necessary, the program is easily updated to the full version.

13. In the installation image itself, programs have been added for changing manufacturer information in the properties of the OEM Info Updater system, programs for creating a flash drive, and a help file for installing the system. Also, a folder with system patches, tools for working with Specter Meltdown CPU fixes, a patch for Intel Kaby Lake and AMD Ryzen processors, a registry tweak that fixes not installing cumulative updates due to antivirus was added to the image. Those interested can install antivirus from Microsoft, Security Essentials.

Why compress the system image (x64)?

The installation file of the system image (64-bit only) install.wim is compressed into the install.esd file due to the fact that when integrating updates it exceeded the critical size of 4 GB and, accordingly, the entire dvd image of the system does not fit on 1 DVD. Files larger than 4 GB are not supported by the FAT32 file system, which is required when installing from under UEFI. Since the compressed image is not supported by the installer loader from 7-ki, the installer from 10-ki is used in the assembly. Replacing the installer does not have any consequences on the installed system, since the installer works only directly during the installation of the system. The use of compression made it possible to drastically reduce the size of the image and made it possible to place even more additional material in the image. The loader from the 10-ki also fixes an error during installation due to the lack of a usb3 driver.

Installing from under UEFI on a GPT disk (x64).

Installing the system on computers with a UEFI interface on disks with GPT structure is slightly different from the standard installation. Firstly, it is possible to install only a 64-bit system. Secondly, the activation of a system installed on a GPT disk with standard activators such as the Windows 7 Loader is impossible, only activators from the KMSAuto Net series working only with Professional or Corporate editions are suitable. Installation on a GPT disk of this assembly is possible only from a flash drive created by the Rufus program (present in the image) or similar with a choice of the necessary parameters, namely formatting in FAT32 and the UEFI parameter on the GPT disk. Professional edition was specially added to this assembly (x64) and it should be selected during installation. Also in the folder with the activators added KMS activator. Installing this assembly on a GPT disk is possible only from a flash drive and is not possible from a recorded DVD.

Changes in OS image:

- added additional background images for the desktop, changed the welcome screen,

- Added additional gadgets, screen savers, themes, user avatars.

- UAC, hibernation are disabled. Optimized paging file.

- Services, processes and components of Windows left by default. Nothing was removed and did not change.

- Fully standard, manual installation.

- In the pre-boot menu (BootMenu) there is an OS installation, memory check Memtest86 + (MemTest86) and HDD Victoria check (HDD Regenerator). The menu works only with DVD.

In addition, the disk contains programs for creating flash drives, a program for changing OEM information in the system properties, a picture of a cover for a DVD disk and an assembly poster.

Differences from previous versions (NL2-3):

1. Package design system updated to the version of New Look 3 v16.06.23.

Description package design New Look 3

Design package for the Russian version of Windows 7 SP1 RTM

General description:

The package fixes all found localization errors of Windows 7, which are also saved in SP1 (except for the known bug with a strip in the Start menu). The same package brings the font of the dialogues to the same size - 8pt. This design package is made almost from the native Windows 7 resources. Images have been added to the dialogs, some old icons have been replaced, and the login screen has been changed. The package implemented the use of fonts Tahoma and Segoe UI to the system interface. In the Aero visual style, all roundness is replaced with right angles (the corporate identity of the package)! The package contains two visual styles - Aero and Soft, which have options with the date under the clock in the tray and no date, with straight and rounded corners of the windows. The package in this assembly is installed with a set of fonts - Tahoma. It differs from the New Look 2 package in softer and non-intrusive tones.

Attention: after installing the package, the folder "W7P_Backups" with backup original system files will be created on the system disk. Do not delete it to be able to remove the package later!

System activation:

To activate the system, use your license or consider purchasing it.

Who does not like this option, apply the alternative (for MBR disks!). After installing the OS, a shortcut link to the "Activators" folder created on the system disk will appear on the desktop and follow the instructions below.

1. Turn off the Internet and antivirus (if installed)!

2. Open the "Activators" folder or follow the link on the desktop.

3. Run the file "Windows 7 Loader 2.2.2.exe" Click Install and wait until the message appears about successful activation and the need to reboot.

4. Click reboot and after reboot check the result.

5. If not successful, repeat step 3 again. The result is almost 100%. Note: If the activation fails, there are other types of activators in the folder on the system disk (Windows 7 Loader eXtreme).

Attention! This activator does not work on GPT disks.

To activate the professional edition of the system installed on the GPT disk, use the KMSAuto Net activator or use the manual activation with a valid key. KMS activation activator takes place in 2 stages. First, the VL (GVLK) key is installed, and then, after a reboot, we launch the activator on a new one and finally activate it.

You can activate the maximum edition of the system installed on the GPT disk only with a valid license key.

Useful recommendations.

Downloading images is better to produce from trusted sources. ALWAYS check the file checksums after downloading (it is better to get them from the site of the author of the product). Download and install the "HashTab" program. Right-click on the image file and select "Properties." Click on the tab "Checksums" (File Hashes). The calculated numbers must match up with each sign indicated on the site.

How to burn a downloaded operating system image to DVD? You can use different programs for writing to disk. This may be "CDBurnerXP", NERO, Alhogol 120%, Ultra ISO. Be sure to tick the "Check the recorded data." It is recommended to disable the antivirus during recording and not to perform its highly loaded actions on the computer. I strongly recommend after recording to check the recorded DVD disc with specialized utilities like "Nero DiscSpeed" from Nero or "DVDInfoPro" for errors and read speed. If you find errors or poorly readable sectors, I recommend to overwrite the image on the same (DVD-RW) or other (DVD-R).

Installing the OS is best done from under the initial boot to a blank disk or disk partition.
