If you copy the channel list from the computer to the sd card, then create a directory with an empty ".nomedia" file, and save the playlist to this directory. Otherwise, Android can delete the playlist after disconnecting from the computer.

How to setup:

* If you are watching IPTV on a computer, then you probably already have an IP-TV Player installed (http://borpas.info/iptvplayer), you can take a list of channels from there. Open the player, right-click, select settings, turn on the checkbox "All settings". Next on the tab "General" will be the address of the list of channels (playlist m3u). This address is driven into the application.
* If the application asks to configure a UDP proxy, set up the instructions below.

Attention! IP television from an Internet provider can only be viewed on the provider's local network, i.e. via Wi-Fi or Ethernet (for set-top boxes).
