Install the .xml file thru ACP
Customize your ribbons here: Appearance -> Styles -> Your Style -> [RT] User Rank Ribbons
Customize the position of the ribbons here: Appearance -> Template Modifications. Here you can enable and disable the template modifications. There are two different ones, above and under username. See image below.
