As I hope you know, Adobe Master Collection CC 2019 does not exist in nature, Adobe has never released it. But, nevertheless, he is in front of you! And it is assembled on the basis of a modern installer, manufactured by Adobe, the transition to which was made possible through joint efforts, both by mine and by many of the famous PainteR. We both did our best to bring this package to life. Adobe Master Collection CC 2019 is a collection of applications from the Creative Cloud 2019 line and a number of junior version programs combined by a single installer with the ability to select the installation path and the language of the installed programs. In terms of functionality, everything is very similar to the well-proven Adobe Master Collection CS6 in the past. Only now, the installer interface has changed, the current package includes significantly more programs,

What is changed by the author of the assembly:
- I discovered a hidden opportunity to use modern local Adobe installer for multi-installation, and PainteR "caught" the necessary syntax for its initialization.
- The collection of source distributions was divided into two parts by me, the first of which was combined on the basis of the modern Adobe installer, the second on the basis of the old one.
- Modern installer program substantially reworked and optimized by me. In particular, the choice of the installation path and the language of the program to be installed is available.
- From the modern installer, with the exception of the required minimum, the Adobe Application Manager module is cut, installed by the original installer without fail.
- From the modern installer with the exception of the required minimum cut Adobe Desktop Common module, installed by the original installer on a mandatory basis.
- From the modern installer completely cut out the Adobe Creative Cloud module, installed by the original installer without fail.
- To remove restrictions on the use of the old Adobe installer for the second part of the assembly, PainteR "finalized" a number of its source files.
- I made an amendment to the old installer, which allows me to bypass the problem of conflict of the installed and installed version of the Visual C ++ 2015 Redistributable package that is relevant to it.
- If possible, all language packs are excluded from installation kits, except Russian and English.

Question: Why did you switch to a new type of installer? And since they have passed, why have they not abandoned the old one completely?
Answer: A modern installer greatly simplifies my work on Adobe builds. New versions of programs are released just for him. Under the old installer, I had to reformat these distros seriously, which took a lot of time. However, the old installer is also involved in the build for programs whose distributions are distributed in the old format.
Question: What does the description indicate in the description of the icon next to some applications in the list of programs included in the assembly?
Answer: This icon means that the elements marked by it are not installed as independent applications, but as additional components when installing other programs. For example, Adobe Acrobat Distiller DC is installed only with Acrobat Pro DC.
Question: How will the programs work on officially not supported operating systems?
Answer: For most programs, I removed the lock on the installation on Windows 7 with SP1, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 minor versions. How the program will work on them, I do not know. Those who actively use this or that program, please unsubscribe in the release notes. If any bugs are noticed when working on old OS, in the next version of the build I will block their support. I would especially like to note that the inclusion of support for old OS does not affect the work in officially supported operating systems.
Question: What with drugs in the current version of the assembly?
Answer: All the drugs that served us faithfully in previous releases are not applicable to the programs of the Creative Cloud 2019 line. Folk craftsmen released patched files for the programs of this line. These treated files were embedded by me in the distributions of programs, so you will not need to do anything for the treatment. For consistency in the installation and treatment of the assembly products, a similar procedure was performed with the old programs. Treatment decisions from Zer0Cod3, MPT, cppasm and PainteR are involved. Just in case the original files are saved with the extension .bak. To restore them, replace the extensions of these files with .bak with a .dll or .exe with the replacement of the existing patched file.
Question: In the modern installer, at the initial stage of the installation, the error "The Installation can be restored. Download the installer file again" was highlighted. What to do?
Answer: With the Internet turned on, start the installation with the Set-up.exe file, which is in the Adobe CC 2019 folder, wait until you are prompted to connect to the Adobe Creative Cloud service using your Adobe ID, and then interrupt the installation. Start the installation again, but with the autoplay.exe file - the problem should disappear. If the problem persists after that, then update the system date on your computer.
Question: In the modern installer, immediately after clicking the "Install" button (Install), my Internet connection is blocked. So it should be?
Answer: Your internet connection will be blocked for exactly 10 seconds. This is a necessary installation procedure.
Question: In the modern installer, the window where the choice of installed applications should be made is empty. It contains only the Master Collection logo. How to be?
Answer: For a modern installer to work, Internet Explorer must be version 11 or higher. Install or upgrade this product to bring the system in compliance with the requirements of the installer.
Question: In the old installer, somewhere around 2% of the installation, the message "Adobe Genuine Software Validation Failure Error" appears. How to be?
Answer: Temporarily change the name of the folder C: Program FilesCommon FilesAdobeOOBEPDApp (for 32-bit system) or C: Program Files (x86) Common FilesAdobeOOBEPDApp (for 64-bit system) to any other. After that, run the installation again - the problem will disappear. After the installation is completed, delete the newly created PDApp folder, replacing it with the previously renamed one.
Question: I have a plug-in when installing the Visual C ++ 2015 Redistributable auxiliary module, and on another computer already when starting the program, an error was displayed related to the api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll file. How to be?
Answer: Install the Windows update with KB3118401 number or use the "Troubleshooting issues that prevent installing or uninstalling programs."
Question: Installation was completed with an error. What to do?
Answer: I recommend to get acquainted with the installation logs. They are located in the folder: C: Program FilesCommon FilesAdobeInstallers (for a 32-bit system) or in the folder C: Program Files (x86) Common FilesAdobeInstallers (for a 64-bit system). Perhaps here you will get more detailed information about the problem and how to fix it.
Question: Why does the Creative Cloud service that I install believe that I have not installed such a program, although in reality it costs?
Answer: Alas, I do not know the reasons why the Creative Cloud service does not recognize all installed programs. Moreover, I noticed that sometimes some programs turn out to be in disgrace, and sometimes others. This does not affect the operation of programs, however.
Question: Can I update installed applications?
Answer: I strongly recommend it. This may lead to a loss of activation. I especially want to focus on Acrobat. After installing manually, disable auto-update in the program settings: Edit-> Settings ...-> Install Updates-> Install Updates Automatically.
Question: How are things going with the removal of the software package?
Answer: All applications will be available for removal using standard Windows tools. Everything that is installed with the help of a modern installer will be presented as separate aninstallers for each program. All that is installed using the old installer will be presented as a single aninstaller named "Adobe Master Collection CC 2019 Plus", by running which you can select specific applications to remove. Sometimes, when programs are uninstalled with a modern aninstaller, the progress of deletion reaches 100% and this stops everything. In this case, start Windows Task Manager and interrupt the work of two processes named Set-up.exe. Do not worry, the removal at that time will be fully completed.
Question: When launching Adobe XD CC, I am immediately offered to connect to the Adobe Creative Cloud service using my Adobe ID. How to treat it?

Q: I tried to install a ZXP format plugin using Extension Manager CC. The program has been spinning for a long time, and there’s no end to it. What to do?
A: Developers have stopped supporting Extension Manager CC for a long time. I managed only partially to restore the functionality of this program. If you encounter such a problem, then forcibly terminate Extension Manager CC. With high probability the plugin has already been installed. If not, use the alternative installation option for the plugin. In the folder with the program Extention Manager CC there is a file ExManCmd.exe. Using the command line, you can use it as follows: ExManCmd.exe / install myaddon.zxp
Question: Why do video processing programs not see formats that they should support?
Answer: Even in the Creative Cloud 2015 lineup, Adobe developers produced the Russian localization of some programs that previously did not have a Russian interface. Alas, they did it rather carelessly and carelessly. In the Russian versions of the programs After Effects, Premiere Pro, Prelude, SpeedGrade lines CC 2015-2019 sometimes there are glitches that are not in the English versions of these products. If you have a Russian version, before starting to blame the author of something for the assembly, install the English version and see if there are the same problems on it.
Question: Is it possible to exchange projects between SpeedGrade CC 2015 and other video editors of the package using Dynamic Link technology?
Answer: Alas, data exchange using Dynamic Link is carried out only between the programs of one line. The latest version of SpeedGrade belongs to the CC 2015 line, while the other related programs of the package to the CC 2019 line.
